深圳的新闻发言人制度是建立在我国新闻发言人制度基础上的,在社会、政府和媒体三方的特殊环境下得以孕育和发展。该制度的发展符合了环境变革、媒体舆论监督、政府与民众信息互动和政府提升执政能力等各方面需要,目的是让政府更好地协调对内对外的关系,与公众更好地进行沟通。而政府信息的及时发布,有效到达和有效的互动正是健全深圳的新闻发言人制度工作的关键。
The system of press spokesman in Shenzhen is based on the system of our spokesman and can be nurtured and developed under the special circumstances of the tripartite community, government and media. The development of the system is in line with the needs of various aspects such as environmental change, supervision by the media, information interaction between the government and the public, and government’s ability to enhance governance. The purpose is to enable the government to better coordinate its internal and external relations and communicate with the public better. The timely release, effective arrival and effective interaction of government information are the keys to improving the system of Shenzhen spokesman.
