政治文化是影响当代中国政府服务均等化的重要因素之一。从历史性与时代性两个角度考察,传统政治文化中的“民本”“天命”观念与现代民族国家建设中的“公民身份”理念,分别对当下中国政府服务的均等化产生了影响。但如果将两种政治文化作为当下政府服务均等化的理论依据,则会产生一系列问题,而这二者的局限性及其张力,恰恰构成了今后政府服务均等化所应努力方向的着眼点。 Political culture is one of the important factors affecting the equalization of government services in contemporary China. From the perspective of history and the times, the concept of “people ” “fate ” in the traditional political culture and “citizenship ” concept in the construction of modern nation-state, respectively, on the current Chinese government services Equalization has had an impact.
