目的检测淄博市城区3~6岁儿童胫骨骨强度水平,建立本地区学龄前儿童超声骨强度声速值(speed of sound,SOS)正常参考值。方法选择淄博市城区幼儿园参加体格检查的3~6岁儿童,根据月龄将7 920名儿童分为12组。采用定量超声仪测定儿童左侧胫骨中段SOS值,同时测量受检者身高、体重,应用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计学分析。结果随着年龄增长,SOS在总体上呈增加趋势,且与年龄呈正相关(r=0.209,P<0.01),各年龄组男女童之间、各年龄组肥胖儿童与非肥胖儿童之间SOS值比较差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论 SOS值与年龄相关,且具有性别差异,肥胖儿童SOS值较低,应根据不同年龄、性别建立儿童SOS参考值。
Objective To detect the tibia bone strength of children aged 3 ~ 6 years old in Zibo city and establish the normal reference value of the speed of sound (SOS) of preschool children in this area. Methods The 3-6-year-old children who participated in the physical examinations in the kindergarten of Zibo City were selected, and 7 920 children were divided into 12 groups on the basis of age. Quantitative ultrasound was used to measure the SOS value of the left tibia in children, meanwhile the height and weight of the subjects were measured. SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results With the increase of age, the SOS showed an overall trend of increase with a positive correlation with age (r = 0.209, P <0.01). The SOS values of obese children and non-obese children of all age groups, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions SOS values are age-related and have gender differences. SOS values in obese children are relatively low. Children’s SOS reference values should be established according to different age and sex.
