正性肌力药物虽可增加心肌收缩力,但对顽固性充血性心力衰竭则往往难以奏效,并且增加心肌氧耗、加重舒张功能异常,使细胞内Ca~(2+)浓度升高而致晚电位形成,以及提高细胞内CAMP水平而导致心律失常。所以寻求既无上述潜在危害,而又能改善心功能及血流动力学的药物,是当今心力衰竭研究的热点。本文报道我科近年用巯甲丙脯酸(CPT)治疗的20例顽固性心力衰竭的心功能及血流动力学的变化。

Therefore, seeking for both the above potential hazards, but can improve cardiac function and hemodynamics of drugs, is now the focus of heart failure research. This article reports the cardiac function and hemodynamic changes in 20 patients with refractory heart failure treated with captopril (CPT) in our department in recent years.
