本文叙述了用于快中子增殖反应堆的大型截面9Gr-1Mo钢管板锻件的生产和质量。把电渣重熔法应用于炼钢,除改善了化学和冶金均匀性之外,还消除了大的非金属夹杂。为得到良好的机械性能和细晶粒度,就选择化学成分和热处理状态的最佳条件进行初步的调查研究。根据初步调查研究结果制成的管板锻件,质量极好,超过了全部规范要求。
This article describes the production and quality of large section 9Gr-1Mo steel tube forgings for fast breeder reactors. Electroslag remelting method used in steelmaking, in addition to improving the chemical and metallurgical uniformity, but also to eliminate large non-metallic inclusions. In order to obtain good mechanical properties and fine grain size, a preliminary investigation was conducted on the optimum conditions for selecting the chemical composition and the state of heat treatment. According to the preliminary investigation results of the tube forging made of excellent quality, exceeding all the regulatory requirements.
