  Get in a good shape. Health can make us have fewer risks of illnesses. So we should exercise as often as we can. Exercise is good for our body and mind, and it can also help us lose weight by keeping you from eating too much. It can make our immune system strong. For example, walk slowly for 20-30 minutes a day, five days a week. Whats more, exercise is one of the best ways to sleep well.
  Keep a healthy weight. Although we usually need to lose weight, little weight isnt a good thing. We cant use any way to lose weight quickly. A slow and little change in our eating habits can work well and safely. If we dont want to go on a diet, we can make it by exercising. Remember that only players can take much exercise. In fact, they wont exercise too much because its bad for their body.
  Cross training. You can run 5 miles without stopping, but that doesnt mean youre healthy. When you do one activity, youre only using one kind of muscles. You cant catch other players when you swim or do other sports. We should do cross training. Doing different sports can practice all our muscles.
  Exercise smartly. We might put ourselves at risk of injury, so make sure were doing exercise right! After 30 minutes of exercise, we must have some water. If we lose much water, this will make us headache. Take breaks! It isnt lazy but healthy. If our body rests a second, well be able to go further.
  Try to be active. Taking active exercise isnt about playing sports. Ride a bike or walk to work or school. Walk the dog every day. Take lunch to the park. Ride to the coffee shop. We can take exercise at any time in any way.
