本文提出一种用一块单极性掩模板表示双极性互连矩阵的偏振编码方法。并用二种非相干光电混合系统分别实现了二阶互连神经网络。最后给出实验结果。
In this paper, we propose a polarization encoding method using a unipolar mask to represent a bipolar interconnect matrix. Second order interconnection neural networks are respectively implemented by two incoherent optoelectronic hybrid systems. Finally, the experimental results are given.
