RSL型热水锅炉是根据KZL型水火管混合式锅炉略加改造而成的,在实际运行中暴露出一些问题。我校于1985年购置的RSL240-10/115/70-A型锅炉,运行不足8个采暖期(约744天),在燃烧区锅筒底部即出现一个Φ300mm×400mm的鼓包,被迫停炉处理。经金相分析发现,鼓包区金属材料珠光体已全部球化,且布氏硬度降到HB=113,比正常值降低27%,显然是过热所致。按每天运行16小时计算,总共运行11904小时。根据时间、温度和完全球化的关系,估计金属温度在520℃左右。在这样的温度下运行,对20g钢显然是不允许的。在进行水压试验中还发现5根烟管裂纹,7根渗漏。
RSL-type hot water boiler is slightly modified according to KZL-type fire and water pipe hybrid boilers, exposing some problems in actual operation. The RSL240-10 / 115/70-A boiler purchased by our school in 1985 operated for less than 8 heating periods (about 744 days). A drum of Φ300mm × 400mm appeared at the bottom of the drum in the combustion zone and was forced to shut down deal with. Metallographic analysis revealed that the pearlite of the metallic material in the drum area had been all spheroidized and the Brinell hardness was reduced to HB = 113, a 27% reduction from normal, apparently due to overheating. Calculated by running 16 hours a day, running a total of 11,904 hours. According to the relationship between time, temperature and complete spheroidization, it is estimated that the metal temperature is about 520 ℃. Operating at this temperature is obviously not acceptable for 20g steel. In the hydrostatic test also found that five tobacco pipe cracks, seven leaks.
