以我国云南宾川白肋烟,四川达州晒烟,河南宝丰烤烟调制后的上二棚叶为供试样品,在1年的自然贮藏过程中每隔4个月分别对白肋烟和晒烟取样研究TSNAs含量的变化,另将3种不同类型的烟草在低温(10℃)和高温(45℃)条件下处理研究高温条件对贮藏过程中TSNAs含量的影响。结果表明,白肋烟和晒烟中的TSNAs总量及各成分含量均随着贮藏时间的增加而增加,且在外界温度较高即4月中旬至8月中旬增加幅度最为显著,而各组分中NNN的含量变化最为明显,其中尤以白肋烟的变化幅度更甚。不同类型烟草中,硝酸盐含量较低的烤烟中TSNAs总量及各成分含量很低,且在45℃处理前后的变化不明显,硝酸盐含量较高的白肋烟和晒烟的TSNAs总量及各成分含量也较高,在45℃处理后迅速增加,且其硝酸盐的含量均有所下降,亚硝酸盐含量明显升高。
Taking Burkinale Binchuan Yunnan Yunnan, Dazhou Sun Sichuan Tobacco and Henan Baofeng Flue-cured Tobacco as test samples, the samples of burley tobacco and sun-cured tobacco were collected every four months in one-year natural storage process. The changes of TSNAs content were studied by sampling. The effects of high temperature on the content of TSNAs during storage were also studied under three different types of tobacco at low temperature (10 ℃) and high temperature (45 ℃). The results showed that the total amount of TSNAs and the content of each component of burley tobacco and sun-cured tobacco increased with the increase of storage time, and the most significant increase was in the outside temperature from mid-April to mid-August. Changes in the content of NNN most obvious changes, especially in the range of changes in burley even more. In different types of tobacco, the total amount of TSNAs and the content of each component in flue-cured tobacco with low nitrate content were very low, and there was no obvious change before and after treatment at 45 ℃. The total content of TSNAs in burley with higher nitrate content and sun-cured tobacco And the content of each component is also higher. After 45 ℃ treatment, it rapidly increases, and the content of nitrate decreases, while the content of nitrite increases obviously.
