一、民主的课堂氛围美国心理学家布鲁纳说:“学习最好的动机是对所学学科的兴趣,兴趣是最好的老师”。民主宽松的学习环境,平等愉悦的学习氛围,有利于激发学生的学习兴趣,调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,使学生敢想敢说敢问敢做,勇于、乐于展现自我,保证学习活动顺利、高效地进行。和谐的师生关系是营造民主课堂氛围的重要保障,教师要有正确的学生观,并信任学生,把学习的主动权还给学生,相信学生的发展潜力,教师还要善于激励
