某工程为大跨度人字形钢桁架结构,跨度为43.6米,共10榀屋架,每榀6吨,平面尺寸为52×43.6米。本工程施工时具有下列特点:其一、工程地处山坡之下,三面都有建筑物,其间隔只能通过劳动车,仅一面有狭窄空地,可供施工场地布置。再则屋架跨度大,刚度小,安装有困难。为此我们改变了传统的安装方法,采取屋架山吊车起吊,高空行走的方案,其方法简述如下: (一)起吊 1.起吊前,在屋架的两端安装行走轮,
