实践教学是培养学生解决实际问题能力的重要环节。化工原理实验又化工厂单元操作的缩影。我们引导学生从无机化学、有机化学实验的瓶瓶罐罐进入管路系统的操作;从老师讲解实验原理、操作步骤到学生自己摸流程,直至开停车,再用理论知识理解和解释所做实验的目的;从直接输入数据得到结果到自己用Excel编程进行数据处理及绘图操作;教改使学生花在实验上的时间多了。大部分学生掌握了用Excel处理数据及绘图的方法,并增强了团队的协作精神。
