国内外形势的变化、我军职能使命的拓展,特别是战争形态的演进,对现代军事指挥人才提出了更高更新要求。政治品德上要求更加忠诚党的领导、服从党的指挥;谋略指挥上要求更具战略思维,更加灵活应变;知识素养上要求积累深厚,覆盖面广;身心素质上要求适应能力强、战斗意志强。本文运用军事指挥学、心理学、行为学等知识对上述几个方面进行归纳分析,概括提出军事指挥人才的“十商”。新形势下,加强军事指挥人才队伍建设必须关注“十商”要求的十个方面。
Changes in the situation at home and abroad, the expansion of our military’s mission of function, especially the evolution of the war pattern, put forward higher requirements for the modernization of military commanders. Political morality calls for more loyalty to the party’s leadership and obeying the party’s command. On the strategy and command side, it requires more strategic thinking and more flexible response. Knowledge literacy requires extensive and comprehensive coverage. Physical and psychological quality requires strong adaptability and strong fighting will. This article uses military command science, psychology, behavior science and other knowledge to summarize and analyze the above aspects, and puts forward “the ten commanders” of military commanding personnel. Under the new situation, it is imperative to pay attention to ten aspects required by the “ten business quotations” in order to strengthen the building of a contingent of military commanders.
