啤酒酿造和饲料工业是大麦的2个主要用途,而蛋白质含量又是大麦用途的重要指标。本实验通过对黄淮冬大麦区大麦蛋白质含量与气候因子关系的研究,指出大麦蛋白质含量除受本身遗传因素及栽培条件的影响外,还与产地的气候因子密切相关。蛋白质含量与大麦开花成熟期的日平均气温呈正相关,与开花成熟期的月平均降雨量呈负相关,与开花成熟期的月平均日照时数呈正相关。
Beer brewing and feed industry are two major uses of barley, and protein content is an important indicator of barley use. Based on the research on the relationship between barley protein content and climatic factors in Huanghuai winter barley area, it was pointed out that the protein content of barley is closely related to the climatic factors in the producing area, besides its own genetic factors and cultivation conditions. The protein content was positively correlated with the average daily temperature at the flowering and maturity stages of barley, negatively correlated with the monthly average rainfall at the flowering and maturity stages, and positively correlated with the average monthly sunshine hours at the flowering and maturity stages.
