通过盆栽实验,研究了氟胁迫对名山131和福鼎大白茶抗氧化能力、膜脂过氧化及其成熟秋梢中氟积累量的影响.结果表明:随着氟胁迫强度增加,名山131超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性逐渐降低,福鼎大白茶SOD活性和CAT活性则先升高后降低,而这两个品种的过氧化物酶(POD)活性均先升高后下降.在相同氟处理强度下,名山131抗氧化酶活性低于福鼎大白茶抗氧化酶活性.同时,名山131脯氨酸(Pro)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、电导率和福鼎大白茶Pro含量、相对电导率均随着氟胁迫升高而逐渐增加,福鼎大白茶MDA含量则先升后降.而在相同氟胁迫强度下,福鼎大白茶对氟的吸收积累弱于名山131.
