杜仲(Eucommia ulmoides)皮是一种传统的中药材,具有降压、利尿、止痛、镇定、滋补等功能。一般说,具有十五年树龄的杜仲树皮才可入药,而且,杜仲只生长在某些特定地区。因此,杜仲皮特别贵。为了扩大杜仲树的利用价值,科研人员测定了杜仲枝条的成分,以便加以利用。先用达到沸点的甲醇提取杜仲枝条,然后,将杜仲枝条的甲醇提取液分成几份,分别放入各种不同的有机溶剂或水中,以便分析测试。其中,丙醇中的杜仲枝条提取液放入色谱柱中并用水稀释,再将水洗脱液放入硅胶色谱柱中,用含有一定量甲醇的氯仿洗脱。
Eucommia ulmoides skin is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine, which has the functions of antihypertensive, diuretic, analgesic, calming, nourishing and other functions. In general, Eucommia bark, which is 15 years old, can be used as medicine, and Eucommia grows only in certain areas. Therefore, the Eucommia bark is particularly expensive. In order to expand the use value of Eucommia ulmoides, researchers determined the composition of Eucommia ulmoides branches in order to make use of them. First, the Eucommia ulmoides branch is extracted with the methanol that reaches the boiling point, and then, the methanol extract of the Eucommia ulmoides branch is divided into several portions and placed in various organic solvents or water, respectively, for analysis and testing. Among them, the extract of eucommia ulmoides in propanol is placed in a column and diluted with water, and the aqueous eluate is placed in a silica gel column and eluted with chloroform containing a certain amount of methanol.
