目的:研究补肾方(左归丸、右归丸)对去卵巢大鼠Ⅰ型胶原代谢的影响,为补肾方治疗骨质疏松症提供实验依据。方法:将成年SD大鼠50只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、左归丸组、右归丸组,每组10只。造模后第13周开始给药,正常对照组、模型组予蒸馏水灌胃,阳性对照组、左归丸组、右归丸组分别予倍美力水溶液、左归丸煎剂和右归丸煎剂灌胃,给药12周,检测血PINP、尿DPYD/Cr、尿NTX/Cr值。结果:左归丸、右归丸组与模型组比较,能明显降低血PINP、尿DPYD/Cr、尿NTX/Cr值(P<0.05),与阳性对照组无明显差异,左归丸组与右归丸组无明显差异。结论:补肾方能够降低去卵巢大鼠的血PINP,尿NTX/Cr、DPYD/Cr值,从而减缓骨转换,抑制骨吸收,减少骨量的丢失,对骨质疏松症起到一定的治疗作用。左归丸与右归丸两者之间的疗效无明显差异。
Objective: To study the effect of Bushen Fang (Zuogui Pill, Yougui Wan) on type Ⅰ collagen metabolism in ovariectomized rats, and provide experimental basis for Bushen recipe in treating osteoporosis. Methods: 50 adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, positive control group, Zuoguiwan group and Yougui pill group, with 10 rats in each group. The rats in the normal control group and the model group were given gavage with distilled water. The positive control group, Zuoguiwan group, Yougui Wan group were treated with Beomei aqueous solution, Zuogui pill decoction and Yougui pill Decoction gavage for 12 weeks, blood PINP, urine DPYD / Cr, urine NTX / Cr value. Results: Compared with the model group, Zuogui Pill, Yougui Wan group could significantly reduce the blood PINP, urine DPYD / Cr and urine NTX / Cr values (P <0.05) Yougui pill group no significant difference. Conclusion: Bushen Decoction can reduce blood PINP, urine NTX / Cr and DPYD / Cr in ovariectomized rats, and thus reduce bone turnover, inhibit bone resorption, decrease bone loss and play a therapeutic role in osteoporosis . Zuo Gui Wan and Yougui Wan no significant difference between the efficacy.
