副溶血性弧菌是海产品中广泛存在的一种人畜共患病原菌,是细菌性食物中毒的重要致病菌。由于水产养殖业及临床上抗生素的不规范使用导致副溶血性弧菌耐药性日益严重,其耐药菌通过食物链进入人体,会给临床治疗带来巨大挑战,严重威胁人类健康。本文概述了副溶血性弧菌的耐药状况、耐药机制及相应的耐药性检测方法,以期为相关研究的深入开展提供基础资料,为食源性疾病的防控及抗生素的合理使用提供依据。
Vibrio parahaemolyticus is a zoonotic pathogen widely present in seafood and is an important pathogen of bacterial food poisoning. Due to the non-standard use of aquaculture and clinical antibiotics, the resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus is becoming more and more serious.
