采用氯仿－异戊醇－ＲＮＡ酶法及其改良法从小麦、燕麦黄化苗和大豆胚轴中提取植物总ＤＮＡ和核ＤＮＡ，结果表明：ＤＮＡ纯度Ａ２６０／Ａ２８０≥１．８０，Ａ２６０／Ａ２３０≥２，００，ＤＮＡ片段为５０Ｋｂ左右，均符合ＤＮＡ分子育种的要求。
