青少年是国家发展的未来,因此青少年的身体健康之对于学生的自身的发展而言至关重要,适当的体育锻炼是必不可少的。因此,一直以来我国十分重视青少年的体育教育,但是随着课程的改革,传统的体育教学模式逐渐出现了弊端,这就需要我们打破旧格局,创新教学模式,而快乐体育就是为顺应时代发展而产生的新型教学理念。本文通过探究快乐教育的定义,将其与传统教学相比较并探讨快乐教育存在的必要性,对快乐体育在中学体育教学中的策略进行研究。
Since adolescents are the future of national development, adolescents’ physical health is crucial to their own development. Proper physical exercise is essential. Therefore, our country has always attached great importance to adolescent physical education, but with the reform of the curriculum, the disadvantages of the traditional sports teaching model gradually emerge. This requires that we break the old pattern and innovate the teaching mode. However, in order to comply with the development of the times, The resulting new teaching philosophy. This paper explores the definition of happy education, compares it with traditional teaching and discusses the necessity of the existence of happy education, and studies the strategy of happy physical education in middle school physical education.
