目的了解江苏省医用电子加速器性能指标和工作场所的防护情况。方法以江苏省13家医院为监测对象,根据国家相关标准对加速器性能及其工作场所进行监测和分析。结果所监测加速器性能指标中,X射线和电子束吸收剂量的相对偏差合格率分别为86.70%和60.00%,X射线和电子束辐射野的均整度、X射线辐射野的对称性合格率均为93.30%;X射线和电子束的剂量示值的重复性和线性、X射线辐射野与光野的重合度合格率均为100.00%;加速器机房周围环境辐射水平合格率为66.70%。结论应该进一步加强加速器的质量控制,定期进行稳定性检测和状态检测,对部分加速器机房进行防护改造,以保证加速器的性能质量和机房的防护效果。
Objective To understand the performance of medical electron accelerator in Jiangsu Province and the protection of the workplace. Methods Thirteen hospitals in Jiangsu Province were used as monitoring objects to monitor and analyze the accelerator performance and its workplace according to relevant national standards. Results The percentages of the relative deviations of X-ray and electron beam absorbed doses in the monitored accelerator performance were 86.70% and 60.00% respectively. The uniformity of X-ray and electron beam radiation fields and the symmetry pass rates of X-ray radiation fields were 93.30%. The repeatability and linearity of the X-ray and electron beam dosimetry values show that the coincidence rates of X-ray radiation field and light field are both 100.00%. The qualified rate of radiation around the accelerator room is 66.70%. Conclusion Accelerator quality control should be further strengthened, and stability testing and status testing should be carried out on a regular basis. Part of the accelerator room should be retrofitted to ensure the performance quality of the accelerator and the protection effect of the engine room.
