随着高校生源的复杂化,学生在入校时所表现出的英语学习能力也普遍存在差异化现象,而为了给学生提供良好的学习环境以及学习氛围,针对学生个体化差异进行教学的隐性分层教学方式开始被被广泛运用到了各大高校的教学当中。隐性分层教学能够让学生各自的适宜层次发挥最大的学习功效,较为积极地完成学习任务,并且能够调动学习兴趣,提高英语学习能力。本文将以隐性分层教学及其对教师的教学要求作为切入点,在此基础上对隐性分层教学在大学英语教学中的应用进行相关的分析和探讨。
With the complication of college students’ source, the students’understanding ability of English learning at school is also generally different. In order to provide students with a good learning environment and learning atmosphere, the tacit Layers of teaching began to be widely used among the major colleges and universities teaching them. Hidden hierarchical teaching can make students use their appropriate level to maximize the effectiveness of learning, a more positive completion of learning tasks, and be able to mobilize interest in learning and improve their English learning ability.
