多钉连接是飞机零部件的常用连接方式,而飞机结构的破坏也多源于这些连接细节,确定各紧固件所传递载荷是连接件强度校核的关键。基于MSC.NASTRAN有限元分析软件,用四种简化模型计算分析单搭接多排钉连接结构的钉载分配,并对其进行对比研究。结果表明:采用CBAR/RBAR/CBUSH组合单元模拟紧固件可准确计算钉载,适于飞机结构连接强度分析;与紧固件组钉载分配工程估算方法相比,采用该组合单元有限元方法可有效提高计算精度。
Multi-splicing is a common connection method for aircraft parts, and the destruction of the aircraft structure is also due to these connection details. Determining the load transmitted by each fastener is the key to strength check of the connecting parts. Based on the MSC.NASTRAN finite element analysis software, four simplified models were used to analyze and analyze the nail load distribution of the single lapped multi-row nail connection structure.
