目的:观察不同破膜方法对HbA2现象的影响。方法:采用淀粉-琼脂糖凝胶电泳对不同破膜方法处理的红细胞进行电泳。结果:溶血液组的HbA2电泳速度最慢,距碳酸酐酶(CA)的距离最近;红细胞组的HbA2电泳速度最快,距离CA的距离最远;其它破膜组的HbA2电泳速度居中,位于溶血液和红细胞HbA2之间。结论:HbA2现象与红细胞膜完整性有关。
Objective: To observe the influence of different methods of rupture on HbA2 phenomenon. Methods: Starch-agarose gel electrophoresis was performed on erythrocytes treated by different methods of rupture of membranes. Results: The hemolytic group had the slowest HbA2 electrophoresis and the closest distance to carbonic anhydrase (CA), the fastest HbA2 electrophoresis in erythrocyte group and the farthest distance to CA. The HbA2 electrophoresis velocities in the other groups were the highest Between hemolytic and erythrocyte HbA2. Conclusion: The phenomenon of HbA2 is related to the integrity of erythrocyte membrane.
