下肢静脉曲张是外科常见病多发病之一,指下肢浅表静脉发生扩张、延长、弯曲成团状,早期主要表现为酸胀不适和疼痛感,到晚期可出现患肢肿胀,色素沉着,并发慢性溃疡的病变[1]。严重影响患者的身心健康。据报道我国15岁以上的人群中发病率为9.6%,尤以长期站立工作及重体力劳动者多发,后期往往伴有经久不愈的皮肤溃疡,严重影响患者的工作及生活[2]。传统采用硬化剂注射及高位结扎、剥脱主干手术治疗,效果尚可,但创伤大,并发症多。我们采用平阳霉素注射治疗下肢静脉曲张52例(85条肢体)效果良好,现报道如下。

We Pingyangmycin injection of 52 cases of varicose veins (85 limbs) with good results are reported below.
