心理契约是图书馆与馆员关系和谐的心理纽带,也是图书馆可持续发展的重要因素。本文从心理契约概念入手,分析了心理契约对实现图书馆人本管理的重要意义。
Psychological contract is the harmonious bond between library and librarian, and also an important factor for the sustainable development of the library. This article starts with the concept of psychological contract and analyzes the importance of psychological contract in realizing the humanistic management of library.
