目的 分析研究超声造影以及超声弹性成像对于患者甲状腺良恶性结节的临床鉴别价值.方法 对2009年3月--2011年2月期间来我院治疗并经手术病理证实患有甲状腺良恶性结节的113例患者的超声资料进行回顾性分析,对超声造影以及超声弹性成像两种诊断方法的临床价值进行对比研究,探究其灵敏度、阳性以及阴性的预测值等.结果 113例患者中,为良性病灶的患者共有69例,恶性病灶患者共有44例.利用超声造影诊断进行诊断的灵敏度为91.22%,特异度为94.11%,阳性预测值为91.22%,阴性预测值为94.11%,而超声弹性成像的各项值分别为88.31%、92.02%、88.31%、92.02%,二者联合进行诊断的各项值分别为96.98%、84.96%、83.11%、97.59%.讨论 超声对于甲状腺良恶性结节的临床诊断具有较高的价值,并且将二者进行结合能够进一步提高诊断率.
