随着我国经济的快速发展,电力企业的竞争日益激烈,若想在激烈地竞争中脱颖而出,则必须要加强人力资源方面的管理。人力资源是电力企业的根本,培养好的人才对于企业而言是走向成功的最关键点。本文针对以上情况,对电力企业中人力资源的管理特点进行分析,并提出可行性的意见,供读者参考借鉴,望能促进电力企业的发展。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the competition of electric power enterprises is increasingly fierce. If we want to stand out in the fierce competition, we must strengthen the management of human resources. Human resources are the fundamental power enterprises, nurturing good people for the business is the most crucial point to success. In view of the above situation, this article analyzes the management characteristics of human resources in electric power enterprises and puts forward feasible suggestions for readers’ reference and hope to promote the development of electric power enterprises.
