始终坚持“中国先进文化的前进方向”是江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想的一项主要内容。深入研究体会先进文化的丰富内涵 ,是今天社会主义文化建设的根本目标 ,也是推动先进文化发展的一项长期而又艰巨的历史任务。综观中国共产党 80年历程 ,从它建党那天起 ,在各个历史时期 ,均自觉地与先进文化相结合 ,不断推动先进文化的进步 ,代表着先进文化的前进方向。在新的世纪中 ,建设有中国特色的社会主义文化 ,就必须坚持马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论在中国文化建设中的指导地位 ,反对指导思想的多元化 ,把握时代精神 ,处理好各种关系 ,把建设有中国特色的社会主义新文化继续推向前进。
Always Adhering to the “Direction of the Progressive Culture in China” is a major part of Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important thinking of the “Three Represents.” Studying deeply the rich connotation of advanced culture is the fundamental objective of today’s socialist cultural construction and a long-term and arduous historical task of promoting the development of advanced culture. Looking at the 80-year history of the Chinese Communist Party, from the day it was founded, it has conscientiously integrated itself with advanced cultures in various historical periods and constantly advances the progress of advanced culture, representing the direction for the advancement of advanced culture. In the new century, to build a socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, we must uphold the guiding status of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory in the construction of Chinese culture, oppose the diversification of the guiding ideology, grasp the spirit of the times and handle various kinds of Relations and push forward the building of a new socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.
