根据电网企业优化项目投资管理的需要,采用2000~2014年天津市社会经济与电力数据,并利用三阶段最小二乘法估计了行为方程参数,在完成有效性验证的基础上建立了联立方程模型,对天津市“十三五”社会经济发展主要指标和电力发展主要指标进行了预测,用于指导电网发展投资和建设项目管理。
According to the needs of investment management of power grid enterprise optimization project, the socioeconomic and power data of Tianjin city from 2000 to 2014 were adopted, and the parameters of behavioral equation were estimated by three-stage least square method. Simultaneously, the simultaneous equations model , Tianjin, “Thirteen Five ” key indicators of social and economic development and major indicators of electricity development were predicted for the guidance of grid development investment and construction project management.
