目的探讨基层胸痛中心(CPC)模式对急性心力衰竭(AHF)患者救治效率及预后的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年2月~2019年2月收治的42例采用常规诊治的AHF患者的临床资料,纳入对照组;回顾性分析2019年3月~2020年3月收治的42例采用基层胸痛中心(CPC)模式的AHF患者的临床资料,纳入观察组。比较两组入院至球囊扩张时间(D2B)、首次医疗接触至球囊扩张时间(FMC2B)及出院后6个月内心血管不良事件发生情况。结果观察组D2B、FMC2B均短于对照组,且观察组出院后6个月内心血管不良事件发生率低
