很久以来,皮带秤在工农业生产中得到广泛应用,并发挥了巨大的作用。但由于其受输送皮带工作状态及张力改变的影响较大,故秤重准确度难以提高,工作稳定性也较差,需经常进行校准及检修,给使用带来不便。 为克服皮带秤的上述不足之处,国内科研单位又相继研制出核子秤。它是一种非接触式动态秤量设备,其工作稳定可靠,计量准确度与皮带秤相仿。但由于采用了放射源,对靠近使用现场的工作人员健康不利,使人们产生畏惧心理,设备报废后又难以处理,影响了进一步推广使用。 冲板式动态电子秤是60年代末在国外问世的,其技术难度较大,国内自80年代起有少数几个单位在生产,由于可靠性及计量准确度不佳,规模及产量均不大,除在粮食存贮及加工行业有些应用外,还未被其它工作部门广泛使用。 新研制出的JH—21型冲板式动态电子秤技术性
