本文介绍了各种包头球团矿还原膨胀率的测定结果,研究了球团矿产生异常膨胀的条件,并通过微观检验(扫描电镜、及x-衍射等)探讨了球团矿在还原期间产生异常膨胀的机理。其结果表明;球团矿的异常膨胀是发生在由浮士体到金属铁的转变阶段并与金属铁出现树枝状或纤维状长大有关。作者认为,抑制球团矿产生异常膨胀的重要途径是降低球团矿的碱含量,增加球团矿渣相粘结的数量,提高球团矿中MgO的含量及减少球团矿内部的微孔。
In this paper, the results of determination of reduction and expansion of various Baotou pellets were introduced. The conditions for abnormal expansion of pellets were studied. The pellets were also produced during reduction by microscopic examination (SEM and XRD) Abnormal expansion mechanism. The results show that the abnormal expansion of pellets occurs in the transition phase from the float to the metallic iron and is related to the dendritic or fibrous growth of the metallic iron. The authors believe that an important way to suppress the abnormal expansion of pellets is to reduce the alkali content of pellets, increase the amount of pellet phase bonding, increase the content of MgO in pellets and reduce the micropores in pellets.
