4月12日由上海交通大学、宝钢集团、杭州制氧机集团共同组织的专家组、对南京钢铁联合有限公司3号2万制氧机自动变负荷控制系统进行了验收,专家组通过实地操作、调节、查看运行数据、曲线,认为该套自动变负荷调节系统完全达到了设计要求,能在氧气量17000m~3/h至23000m~3/h之间平稳调节。工况调节快,纯度、质量不受影响,该技术填补了国产制氧机设备自动变负荷技术的空白。
On April 12, a group of experts jointly organized by Shanghai Jiaotong University, Baosteel Group and Hangzhou Oxygen Group conducted inspection and acceptance on the automatic variable load control system of 20,000 oxygen generator of Nanjing Iron & Steel United Co., Ltd. The expert group passed the field operation , Adjust, view the operating data, curves, that the set of automatic variable load regulation system fully met the design requirements, can be smoothly adjusted between oxygen 17000m ~ 3 / h to 23000m ~ 3 / h. Condition adjustment fast, purity, quality is not affected, the technology to fill the automatic oxygen generator equipment variable load blank.
