灵芝是担子菌纲多孔菌科灵芝属真菌赤芝和紫芝的总称,具有扶正固本等功效,被《本经》称为上品。灵芝孢子是灵芝生长成熟期从菌盖弹射出来极其细小的孢子,为灵芝的生殖细胞,具有灵芝的全部遗传活性物质,其药用价值和保健作用也正日益受到重视。
Ganoderma lucidum is a general name for Ganoderma lucidum, Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma lucidum fungus belonging to the genus Polyporaceae of Basidiomycetes. Ganoderma lucidum spores are the extremely small spores of Ganoderma lucidum that are ejected from the caps during the growth and maturation period. They are the reproductive cells of Ganoderma lucidum and have all the genetically active substances of Ganoderma lucidum. Their medicinal value and health care functions are also increasingly receiving attention.
