中国的高职教育发展时间不长,教学上沿用一般本科培养方案的情况逐渐改善。然而教师评定标准沿用一般高校标准的问题还未被重视。如何让师资在量的发展之后达到质的飞跃,从而提高教学质量,是我们一直思考并且越来越迫切的重要工作。
The development of higher vocational education in China is not long, and the gradual improvement in the teaching of undergraduate general education programs has continued. However, the issue of using the general university standard to assess teachers’ standards has not been taken seriously. How to enable teachers to achieve a qualitative leap after the development of the quantity so as to improve the teaching quality is an important task that we have been thinking about and getting increasingly urgent.
