[目的]了解嘉善县1987~2016年甲状腺癌的发病情况、变化趋势和病理特征,为制定防治措施提供依据。[方法]计算甲状腺癌发病率、中国人口标化发病率(中标率)、世界人口标化发病率(世标率),分析发病率变化趋势及分性别、病理类型甲状腺癌发病率的变化情况。[结果 ]1987~2016年嘉善县甲状腺癌新发病例1141例,粗发病率为10.05/10万,中标率为6.16/10万,世标率为7.21/10万,占全部恶性肿瘤发病的3.63%,在该县癌症发病构成中位居第4位;男、女性别比为1∶3.60;女性发病率上升更为明显,甲状腺癌占女性全部恶性肿瘤发病的6.97%,女性癌症发病构成中位居第10位。[结论]嘉善县甲状腺癌发病(尤其女性)呈明显上升趋势,乳头状癌(包括乳头状微小癌)在所有甲状腺癌病理类型中发病构成比增高。
[Objective] To understand the incidence, changing trend and pathological features of thyroid cancer from 1987 to 2016 in Jiashan County and provide the basis for the prevention and treatment measures. [Methods] The incidence of thyroid cancer, the incidence of standardization in China (the winning rate), the world’s population standardized incidence (World standard rate), analysis of the trend of change and sex, pathological type thyroid cancer incidence changes . [Results] A total of 1141 new cases of thyroid cancer were found in Jiashan County from 1987 to 2016, with a crude incidence rate of 10.05 / lakh and a successful bidding rate of 6.16 / lakh. [Conclusion] The incidence of thyroid cancer (especially in women) in Jiashan County is obviously rising. The incidence of papillary carcinoma (including papillary microcarcinoma) in all pathological types of thyroid cancer is increased.
