目的了解宜兴市某镇涂料企业职业病危害状况。方法进行职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康监护。结果①有涂料企业21家,年生产规模300~6 000吨,共有职工625人,其中接触职业病危害因素有414人(66.24%);②工作场所职业病危害因素检测合格率:苯94.67%、甲苯77.33%、二甲苯92.00%、其余毒物、粉尘、噪声均为100%,各工人操作点所检项目的检测结果均符合国家职业卫生相关标准的企业有14家(66.67%);③有348人(84.06%)参加了职业健康检查,发现异常193人(55.46%)、血常规异常59人(16.95%)。结论该镇涂料企业职业病危害因素对职工健康有一定影响,建议完善防护措施,特别是加强个人防护。
Objective To understand the occupational disease status of paint enterprises in a town of Yixing. Methods Occupational hygiene investigation, occupational disease hazard testing and occupational health monitoring were conducted. Results ① There are 21 coating enterprises with an annual production capacity of 300 ~ 6000 tons and a total of 625 workers, of whom 414 (66.24%) were exposed to occupational hazards. ② The passing rate of workplace occupational disease risk factors: 94.67% of benzene, toluene 77.33% and 92.00% of xylene. The rest of the poison, dust and noise were 100%. There were 14 enterprises (66.67%) with the testing results of all the workers operating points in line with the national occupational health standards. ③ There were 348 (84.06%) participated in the occupational health examination and found that there were 193 (55.46%) abnormalities and 59 (16.95%) abnormal blood tests. Conclusion The town occupational hazards of paint enterprises have a certain impact on the health of workers, it is recommended to improve the protective measures, in particular, to strengthen personal protection.
