1995年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 12月 ,我科对手术治疗的 40例70岁以下男性直肠癌病人 ,按年龄、手术方式分组比较术后性功能变化。40例病人年龄 3 5～ 67岁 ,大于 60岁者 2 5例。术前均有正常性功能 ,术中均未发现远处淋巴结转移。术式选择随机取前切除手术 2 4例 ,Miles手术 16例。
From January 1995 to December 2002, 40 cases of male rectal cancer patients under 70 years of age treated surgically were divided into different groups according to age and operation. Forty patients were 35 to 67 years old and 25 were older than 60 years. Preoperative normal function, no lymph node metastasis were found in the operation. Twenty-four cases were randomly selected for surgical resection and 16 cases for Miles operation.
