设备的寿命 设备(包括装备)的更新、淘汰、报废准则均根据设备的实际寿命和技术寿命进行。 设备因使用而自然损坏直至报废所经历的时间称为实际寿命(Physical life),延长设备实际寿命是设备管理、使用、保养人员共同努力的目标。设备维持费是随实际寿命的延长而增加。 某一效用的新设备问世后,由于各国之间相互竞争,或自身要求更高的标准,往往事隔几年,即出现一种同效用的更新设备。从性能指标上来说,后者优于前者,或者后者克制前者,因此前者在未到实际寿命结束前被硬性淘汰。而到被淘汰时所经历的时间称作设备的技术寿命(Technical life)或称有效寿命。由于工程技术发展和相互竞争的加剧,致使各种设备的技术寿命有愈益缩短的趋势。目前以武器系统的技术寿命而言,只能维持三至七年左
