全力实现今年国内生产总值(GDP)增长13.8%,是我市围绕“建设新琼山”这一跨世纪任务既定的奋斗目标。对此,市委市政府不仅当作经济增长速度,而是以带政治性硬任务抓落实。1-9月全市经济运行良好,呈现整体上升态势,GDP完成23.33亿元,占年计划的61.4%,比去年同期增长13.8%。我们下决心狠抓第四季度,打好一场攻坚战,确保全市经济增长13.8%目标的实现,力争对全省贡献率15%以上。最近,市委市政府对全市经济形势作了具体细致的分析,认为前三季度各方面发展情况形势喜人,第四季度将保持这一发展势头,而且尚有潜力可挖。
