一前言在无线电通信设备里,在音频和超音频范围内,常用铁氧体材料制成的变压器和电感器作为话音调制、匹配、电源部分换流、滤波等。由于铁氧体材料为整体成型,比起硅钢片和坡莫合金片使用起来自然就方便得多。但是铁氧体材料有脆性的缺点,因而在设计和制造方面还有些考究。本文侧重讨论设计和制造工艺方面的有关问题。
I. INTRODUCTION Transformers and inductors made of ferrite materials, commonly used in radiocommunication equipment, are commonly used as voice modulation, matching, power supply commutation, filtering, etc., in the range of audio and super audio frequency. Since ferrite materials are integrally formed, it is much more natural to use them than silicon steel sheets and permalloy sheets. However, ferrite materials have the disadvantage of brittleness, and therefore some design and manufacturing aspects of sophisticated. This article focuses on issues related to design and manufacturing processes.
