现代企业培训具有明确的战略导向。在这样的导向下,企业培训中心应如何在正确发挥战略主动性的基础上开展培训工作,这是在推进现代企业培训中心建设实践中值得探索与研究的问题。本文就培训中心主动参与梅山公司全面开展“班组成本改善课题活动”的具体实践,总结企业培训中心主动发挥支撑作用的做法与体会。
