Ran是一种大量分布于细胞核内的GTP酶,是Ras类原癌基因大家族中的一员.Ran的功能多种rrrrrrrrn多样,有许多证据表明Ran及其结合蛋白参与调控细胞周期中的多个过程。目前比较确认的功能主要rrrrrrrrn包括:通过调节核质物质转运而调控细胞周期调控因子的定位、调控核膜装配、调控DNA复制、调控rrrrrrrrn纺锤体组装等。此外,还有资料显示Ran参与细胞核结构的维持、mRNA转录和剪接、RNA由核内向rrrrrrrrn胞质中转运等.本文主要对Ran调控核膜装配、DNA复制、纺锤体组装等机理进行评述.
Ran is a large number of GTPases distributed in the nucleus and is a member of the large oncogene of Ras. There are many diverse functions of Ran. There is a lot of evidence that Ran and its binding proteins are involved in the regulation of multiple processes in the cell cycle. At present, the main functions confirmed include: regulating the regulation of cell cycle regulators by regulating the transport of nuclear substances, regulating nuclear membrane assembly, regulating DNA replication, Regulation r r r r r r r r n spindle assembly and so on. In addition, there are data showing that Ran participates in the maintenance of nuclear structure, mRNA transcription and splicing, RNA translocation from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. In this paper, the mechanism of Ran regulation and control of nuclear membrane assembly, DNA replication, spindle assembly and so on are reviewed.
