电视编辑是一项既有艺术又有技术的工作,在进行新闻类的节目编辑时,记者或编导要在懂得技术要求的基础上,对画面语言和有声语言进行艺术化的处理,使客观公正的新闻报道更电视化地传达给观众。编导应充分考虑特技、图像资料、动画、现场声、音乐等诸多电视语言元素参与编辑,共同完成对新闻事实的阐述和再现,使电视新闻节目的表现力更加丰富。
Television editing is an art and technical work. When editing a news program, a journalist or director should make artistic and pictorial processing of the pictorial language and the phonetic language on the basis of understanding the technical requirements, so that objective and fair The news reports are more televised to the audience. The director should take full account of many television language elements such as special effects, image materials, animation, live sound and music to participate in editing and accomplish the elaboration and reproduction of news facts so as to enrich the expressiveness of television news programs.
