从长沙市2016-2020年适龄幼儿数和入园率出发,预测长沙市2016-2020年学前教育师资的数量需求以及不同学历层次的学前教育师资供需状况。结合预测结果,研究建议:为建设专业化的学前教育师资队伍,促进长沙市学前教育事业的发展,应继续加大财政投入,提高教师待遇,保障学前教育事业良好发展态势;以专科层次幼师培养为主,建立结构合理、层次分明的学前教育职前培养体系;加强职后学习与培训,提升在职幼师的学历层次和业务素质。
Starting from the number of children aged from early to late in 2016-2020 in Changsha and the admission rate, the paper predicts the demand of preschool teachers in Changsha from 2016 to 2020 and the supply and demand of preschool teachers at different academic levels. Combined with the prediction results, the research suggests: In order to build a professional preschool teacher team and promote pre-school education in Changsha, we should continue to increase financial input, improve teachers’ treatment and ensure the good development of pre-school education. Based training to establish a reasonable and structured pre-primary education system; strengthen after-school learning and training to enhance the academic level and professional quality of serving teachers.
