真空感应熔炼技术是在真空条件下,利用中频感应加热原理,使金属内部产生感应电流,产生大量的热量,从而用于加热材料。该技术目前广泛应用于生产镍基高温合金、钛合金、不锈钢、超高强度钢等特种合金材料。文章针对国内外真空感应熔炼技术的发展现状及未来动向进行了分析叙述,希望能够对于真空感应熔炼技术的发展应用提供一些新思路。
Vacuum induction melting technology is under vacuum conditions, the use of IF induction heating principle, so that the internal metal induced current, produce a lot of heat, which is used to heat the material. The technology is currently widely used in the production of nickel-base superalloy, titanium alloy, stainless steel, ultra-high strength steel and other special alloy materials. In this paper, the current situation and future trends of the vacuum induction melting technology at home and abroad are analyzed and described, hoping to provide some new ideas for the development and application of vacuum induction melting technology.
