为了满足冷轧新钢种开发和工艺研究的需求,研制了两侧通过液压缸和夹头产生张力的新型直拉式冷轧实验轧机。为该新型冷轧实验轧机配备了完备的检测仪表和自动化控制系统。其中过程控制系统的开发采用通讯功能与核心控制功能分离的两层进程结构,具备数据通讯、模型计算、过程跟踪和数据管理等功能。针对实验轧机的特点,模型计算功能可以灵活调整轧制规程,摸索工艺制度;数据管理功能分别对原始实际数据、轧制实际数据和轧制工艺统计数据进行记录、分析和处理。该新型冷轧实验轧机在国内得到大量的推广和应用,过程控制系统较好地满足了试验需要。
In order to meet the demand of the research and development of cold-rolled new steel grades, a new type of Czochralski mill was developed with tension on both sides by hydraulic cylinder and chuck. For the new cold rolling mill is equipped with a complete test instrumentation and automation control system. Among them, the process control system is developed with a two-layer process structure separated from the communication function and the core control function, and has the functions of data communication, model calculation, process tracking and data management. According to the characteristics of the experimental mill, the model calculation function can flexibly adjust the rolling schedule and explore the process system. The data management function records, analyzes and processes the original actual data, rolling actual data and rolling process statistics respectively. The new cold rolling mill in the country have been a lot of promotion and application of process control system to better meet the test needs.
