本文讨论了激光硬化铸铁表面的相变特点,介绍了使用百瓦级二氧化碳激光器对铸铁进行表面处理。试验结果表明,利用激光不仅可进行相变硬化,而且可以进行熔化凝固处理,使铸铁表面获得极硬极细莱氏体,可提高表面耐磨性。与其他表面处理相比,工艺简便,淬火变形小。莱氏体深度可达0.10~0.20mm,适用于表面浅层硬化的铸铁零件如活塞环等。
This article discusses the phase change characteristics of the surface of laser-hardened cast iron and introduces the use of a 100-watt CO2 laser to surface-treat cast iron. The experimental results show that the use of laser can not only phase transformation hardening, but also melt solidification process, the cast iron surface to obtain very hard and very austenite, can improve the surface wear resistance. Compared with other surface treatment, the process is simple, small deformation quenching. Ledeburite depth of up to 0.10 ~ 0.20mm, suitable for shallow surface hardening cast iron parts such as piston rings.
