为验证等离子体系统对无机废物的处理效果,采用电弧等离子体发生器产生的热等离子体处理模拟放射性废物——棉制品焚烧灰。研究了等离子体发生器的电、热特性,通过数值模拟的方法分析从发生器阳极喷嘴喷射出的等离子体射流的温度分布。试验中对熔融体进行冷却得到固化体。对固化体的分析结果表明:固化体呈玻璃态,抗压强度远远大于水泥固化体7 MPa的要求;从玻璃体的成分判断,该固化体的性能可以满足相关浸出率方面的要求。
In order to verify the effectiveness of the plasma system in treating inorganic wastes, a thermal plasma generated by an arc plasma generator was used to process simulated radioactive waste - cotton incineration ash. The electrical and thermal characteristics of the plasma generator were studied. The temperature distribution of the plasma jet emanating from the anode nozzle of the generator was analyzed by numerical simulation. In the experiment, the melt was cooled to obtain a cured body. The results of the solidified body show that the solidified body is in the glass state and the compressive strength is far greater than the requirement of 7 MPa for the solidified body of cement. Judging from the composition of the vitreous body, the properties of the solidified body can meet the requirements of the relevant leaching rate.
